Above all titles, I believe in people
I train experts and teams to harness the uniqueness of their nature and experience, yielding the highest professional results — creating value for both their careers and their organizations. This becomes a powerful source of growth, opening doors to opportunities and outcomes that once lived only in imagination.
I bring structure as a Belbin Accredited Team Coach, combining human presence with the proven methodology.
My Experience
Over 20 years, I’ve led organizational change, HR transformation, and cultural integration in:
- Tech and product Companies and Startups
- Banking and finance
- Retail and service industries (including hospitality and restaurants)
As CHRO, COO, and Сonsultant, I’ve:
- Coached leaders through complexity, doubt, and reinvention
- Scaled teams from 0 to 1,500+
- Built high-performing HR infrastructures
- Reorganized delivery systems during crises
Today, I bring all of that expertise into my coaching
I work with thoughtful professionals who seek more than productivity, those who want clarity, meaning, and alignment between their inner world and leadership style. My role is to create a space where growth feels authentic, sustainable, and intentional. If you’re looking for a coach to walk with you through uncertainty, help you align logic and intuition, and lead from your true core — I’d be honored to work with you.

Be true to your nature — but use your brain!
My coaching philosophy means leading from a conscious alignment between what you feel and what you know
My Core Values
Presence
I meet people with full attention and without rush. Presence means slowing down enough to hear what’s really true

Trust
I create spaces where people feel safe to be seen, without masks or defenses. Trust starts within — with the courage to face yourself
Impact
I believe in growth that’s visible, grounded, and meaningful. Impact is about doing what matters

Evidence-Based Foundations

Jim Collins — “Good to Great” Leadership
Collins’ concept of Level 5 Leadership — combining humility with fierce resolve — deeply resonates with my belief that true strength lies in quiet confidence, not ego.
He also advocates for getting “the right people in the right seats,” which aligns strongly with my use of Belbin Team Roles.
Situational Leadership Model (Hersey & Blanchard)
This model divides people into four quadrants along two axes:
Willingness (motivation, confidence) and Ability (skills, experience).
It teaches that leadership is not one-size-fits-all — it must adapt to the developmental stage of the individual or team.
Chester I. Barnard – “The Functions of the Executive”.
Barnard was one of the first thinkers to recognize that intuition has a legitimate place in leadership.
He argued that effective executives rely not only on logic and data, but on non-logical processes — subtle perceptions, moral judgment, and internal knowing. In his view, business intuition is the art of sensing the right course of action when analysis alone is not enough.
Frédéric Laloux — “Reinventing Organizations”
Laloux describes the future of organizations as evolutionary, soulful, and self-managing.
He speaks of workplaces that honor the wholeness of the human being — not just the role or title — and where purpose drives performance.
